Olivia Duer Nelson is a senior military and organizational leader with more than 25 years of experience leading complex teams, developing people, and advancing mission-focused results. A transformational and collaborative leader, she is known for aligning vision, people, and strategy to strengthen organizations and expand impact.

As a United States Air Force officer, Olivia has served in roles of increasing responsibility, leading large, diverse teams and overseeing substantial resources in high-accountability environments. Her experience spans strategy, operations, talent development, and organizational change, and she brings a thoughtful, disciplined approach to leadership and governance.
