Belinda is a retired Army Officer with 28 years of dedicated service. She earned a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Touro University International.
In pursuit of her God-given purpose and passion, she is currently enrolled at Divine Mercy University, pursuing a Masters Degree in Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Belinda is passionate about people and living a purpose-driven life.
Belinda is a member of several community-based organizations where she serves in multiple capacities. These include the San Antonio Chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), San Antonio Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the League of Women’s Voters San Antonio Area. She proudly serves as a Bexar County Deputy Voter Registrar.
